I work with high‑achieving adults who have spent years pushing through stress, perfectionism, and emotional pain—often without realizing how much their bodies and relationships have carried. As an LMFT and Somatic Experiencing Practitioner (SEP), I help clients untangle the effects of complex trauma, developmental trauma, and attachment wounds that show up as burnout, anxiety, and a constant drive to perform.
My style is warm, attuned, and deeply curious. I pay close attention to the nervous system and the stories it tells—stories of protection, endurance, and longing for connection. In our work together, we slow down enough to hear those stories, understand their origins, and gently reshape them so you can move through the world with more ease and authenticity.
Therapy with me is not about “fixing” you. It’s about helping you reconnect with the parts of yourself that have been silenced by stress or shaped by early experiences. I support clients in building emotional safety, expanding their capacity for rest and joy, and creating relationships that feel secure, reciprocal, and nourishing.
My goal is to help you feel more at home in your body, more empowered in your choices, and more connected to the life you want to live.
I have experience that ranges from working with survivors of domestic violence, childhood abuse and human trafficking, previously unhoused individuals and families in crisis.
What is Somatic Experiencing® (SE)?
SE is a body-based healing modality developed by Dr. Peter Levine that can alleviate symptoms of trauma and other stress related issues. With SE, you learn to regulate the nervous system and release long held patterns.
